Hello, I searched the image - those red marks indicate it might have been published in a newspaper - I did not find anything. Member Herman Darvick is very knowledgeable with presidential autographs.

Unfortunately, John F. Kennedy did not sign your photograph. It was not signed by a secretary. Someone just signed it hurriedly to make it look real.  --- Herman

Much of the time when it’s not a genuine JFK autograph, it will be a secretarial, but this is nothing but a good old-fashioned forgery.
