Jim Morrison signed "An American Prayer" opinions on authenticity?

Hello all.  This is up for auction and purportedly the consignee is a former Doors photographer who was given this by Ray Manzarek.  Would highly value opinions!

They won't say.  Says the photographer wants privacy but will publish a letter of provenance to the winner.  I said ok so give me the consignors initials so I can verify he was a doors photographer.   No dice.

I see this house now has the RCA 1979 Bowie SP that was up forever for about $899 w/JSA. It doesn't look anything like the scans I have seen of - it is signed black on black - as shown in the sale it almost has pop contrast...

It sold for just over $16K. I think someone placed a lot of value on the provenance.
