Hi all!

This will be my first post on this website, so hopefully I will get all the relevant details in the post, otherwise just ask and I will answer. Also, I'm from Sweden, so I hope that my English is understandable :)

A couple of years ago I received an old Jimi Hendrix LP (Smash Hits), signed by Jimi. The LP was originally owned by my grandfather, then by my father and now by me. My dad was not entierly sure where his dad got the LP from, but he believed that he got it signed at a concert here in Sweden.

Due to the uncertainty of the origin I'm curious to see what you guys think about it. I was planning to go to a company and get it looked at, but due to the Coronavirus things hasn't been going as planned.

The ink has faded quite some bit so I took two pictures and tried to enhance them to make the signature somewhat more visible.

As said, if you have any questions, just ask and I'll do my best to answer them.

Looking forward to your replies!

I'm sorry to say that's not real in my opinion.

Agreed.

This doesn’t look real to me either, unfortunately.
