I am not in their class, so I didn't give my opinion, but I saw it when you posted it and it looked fantastic to me. If you love baseball, treasure this, frame it, and hand it down to your kids.
It's not a high-value piece, a few hundred dollars or so. But you could not ask for a better example from the period.
A nicely written inscription from DiMaggio is not easy to find. He was not the nicest person and you would definitely find one from an older signature, probably not from anything later in his life.
