This sold today for approximately £5,700 ($7,100) with the BP included. It was purportedly signed at the WFIL 'Helping Hand Marathon' charity event in May 1975. I'm interested to know if people think that's a good price for the seller or the buyer

I would have never paid that much. But if the buyer’s happy!

I woulld value this around $5000 so the seller did well. (Or the auction house who made most of the money from both ends).  Remember when commission for all the auction houses used to be a flat 10%?

yes, and 10-15% should be the fee not 25% which is ghastly

Thanks for your input. I also thought it was a little on the high side, but maybe I need to adjust to 2023 prices!
