Are you asking for opinions if this is authentic? Cause if you got Mr. Caiazzo's approval what else do you need? The staining is pretty major and that will definitely affect the price.
There are several paper restoration establishments - perhaps look for those that work on photographs, fine art/lithographs etc. and have long reputations. Be sure to ask about stability and guarantee. If you proceed asking for a lit of what was done and how for the next owner would be a good idea.
You can can get a paper conservator to fix that...you'll never know the stains were there.
It will enhance the value...should you decide to sell.
