Dear Autograph Collector's

One of my personal friends and customer purchased several autograph from the above mentioned seller.

Kenneth Walker "Autographs&More" http://kenneth.flyingcart.com/

Unfortunately those purchased autographs are looking VERY questionable in my opinion and I tried to help him getting a refund

This John Wayne autograph had been sold to him.


Owner Kenneth Walker responsed to our claim (see attachment)

"I  believe the John Wayne autograph is authentic along with all the other autographs that were sold to you.  I compared the John Wayne autograph with the items you sent me as a download and to tell you the truth I see more characteristics that say it is authentic than as you say not authentic.  Take Care and have a great day."

"You had this authenticated from a dealer.  I am a dealer and I am saying these autographs are real.  You can check out my return policy and have the autographs authenticated by a real authenticator and you will see that the autographs are real.  Take Care and have a great day."

With respect to the other dealer we would appreciate further opinions regarding this in our opinon forged John Wayne autograph which maybe help our customer to get his refund.

Enclosed is our first part authentication from the first letters of the John Wayne autograph as attachment.

We ask the autograph community to judge themselve which autograph dealer is reputable and of course ask Mr Walker to join this discussion as well.

Minor point in the midst of many big name forgeries, but the Favre signed photos are fake.  Anyone found anything that looks remotely passable?

Brandon Mysinger, Roger Epperson, Chris Williams Steve Cyrkin and I have gone over all the categories we specialize in, and no one has had anything good to say about the product

Sadly, there are many more dealers like him out there.

unfortunately my customer did not get a refund or response to my or his e-mails. He still adverise with Google Adwards his questionable autographs and send out discount promotions to his customers. I really hope that this seller will soon refund the payment as otherwise we have to go further steps.

I can update you on that. A couple weeks ago, Markus asked me for help and I told him I'd write Kenneth Walker and try to persuade him to give Markus's customer a refund.

I'm embarrassed to say it completely slipped my mind. I dropped the ball. I'll write Walker tonight.

What puzzles me about all this is that Steve said that Kenneth Walker joined this site after the thread went up. So he obviously has read this thread about his company and is listening to all the negative comments. But curiously he hasnt responded? Typically no big deal, but I am very surprised he took the time to join this site and then not post anything in defense of his company. If his inventory was bad but he didnt know it, it would have been nice if he would have stepped up and pulled everything, and refunded the john wayne, and then started from scratch. But if these are still for sale and everyone seems to agree they are fake, then their is definetly something rotten going on. It really would be nice to hear what Kenneth Walker had to say about all this, hes a member here, so why not?
