Just received this Stan Lee. Instantly thought it looked off. Whats your opinion?

Purchased this from ebay. I am very new to collecting and don't know much about anything. I have a very strong feeling that this is a fake. What do you think?

I believe the above Stan Lee signature is NOT GENUINE.
