It's unusual but I definitely think it's genuine.

I agree, "unusual" !  But, it does have the main characteristics and good "flow" of his signature.  I wouldn't be confident enough to guarantee it, but, if the price were right, I'd buy it.

I believe it is authentic

Thanks guys

Alan,

Are you considering buying it? If so, hold off for a couple of days if you can. I want to spend more time on it to make sure. I thought it was fine but unusual, and it may be A-OK, but I'm having second thoughts.

It's not just that Paul is spelled Pawl. There are several hard, angular transitions that thinking about it, I can't see him doing. The P loop usually tilts north a bit. The rigid stop at the top of the P is just not him. The bottom of the L to the M is not uncommon but it is usually a bit softer and a hard angle top like that is quite rare. The M is placed far too close to the L. The tops and bottoms of the M are too hard, the shape of itself is way to rigid and uniform, and the M is usually slanted slightly to the right. The cC has no curve on the top side. The A shape is way off, like a sideways V, and no curve at all. He signs similar to that, but not as rigid, when he's signing on the fly but it's not right. The Y underscore is unusually shaped.

I changed my mind Alan. I don't think Paul signed it.

Ok Steve this is from Chaucer auctions in uk and comes with loa which i know doesn't  mean a lot allways thought were a solid outfit  thought garry king was part of the setup there

I don't think it's authentic. The connection between the U and the L in Paul is so wrong, Paul never does it this way. There are other problems here too, the P in Paul for example is no good. Someone did this P very slowly although it's supposed to be a rushed signature.

I dont like it either for what its worth

My two cents will say avoid this one. Sometimes an autograph may be authentic but is so atypical that it's not worth buying. Paul signatures are expensive it would be wise to avoid borderline examples. From my personal experience, if you have to convince yourself and others of it's authenticity; that, in and of itself, is problematic.

I totally agree with Joe W. Very well said.

It certainly is an odd signature. I'd be surprised if Paul signed it.
