Ryan, looks like Ebay seller Rivahgirl has re-listed all of her forgeries.

Looks like she (Ebay seller Rivahgirl) is making a point in her auction descriptions by highlighting in bold letters "Purchased At An Estate Sale."

You better be careful about what you say about people, you could be sued for libel. You don't know for sure that the items you have stated are really forgeries and if they are legit you are libelous.  This is coming from a lawyer and I hope you get yours. Better be careful usigin peoples names, just saying.

They are forgeries. You can have 10 lawyers. Makes no difference.

Sellers of junk like this are crooks and thieves.

If they are knowingly selling forgeries they are crooks. If they didn't know they were forgeries then they are just dumb crooks.

Sellers are responsible for what they sell. Ignorance is no excuse for committing a crime. Ask your lawyer.

Why are you picking on this one seller, there are many other Mantle autographs out there with the same information and the same authenticator.  What about them.  It seems that it is a woman who really did not think that these were forgeries or she would not have posted them. Just saying. Did you just decide to pick on women tonight. seems that way to me???

Why did you decide to sign up and defend this woman over the many other EBAY auctions that have been posted? seller us you or someone you know.

Little quick with the discrimination card. This is an equal opportunity forum and we point out crooks without regard to race,color, age, gender, religion, national origin or sexual orientation.

By not pointing out this female seller it could be looked at the same way. Why are we not noticing her accomplishment of selling forgeries the same as we do males. She would have a more valid complaint under this reasoning.

I am not the seller nor do I know the seller but was looking for Mantle autographs and saw what you were saying and was wondering how you know these are forgeries before I decide to buy something. I searched Google and came upon you postings.

This site also is a place to expose garbage forgeries like the above posted.

I think you're a liar. These are your items. Nobody signs up and instantly posts claims of libel after claiming a legal consultation. You are good for entertainment and longer threads. You are actually giving the seller more attention on the internet then the original post.

Go ahead and stroke a check for these beauties. Bet since EBAY has also yanked them twice you should be able to get a smoking deal on them.
