This is one of the worst Maris forgeries you will ever see.  And the price confirms it.  You would never be able to purchase an authentic sweet spot signed Maris ball in this condition for under $5,000.

But it IS guaranteed to pass JSA or PSA.  Go figure.

Gee, why don't they just make the small investment of sending it to PSA/JSA themselves so they can subsequently charge a premium price for the ball? It's because they already know what the answer will be.
