Before I even saw the image, I knew the overwhelming odds were it was a Greg Marino forgery. He often forged "Mickey Charles Mantle" and they seem to outweigh authentic exemplars 10:1, if not more.

After seeing the image, it confirms my initial suspicions were correct.
