Mickey Mantle signed baseball authentic?

Hi everyone,

Have a close friend of mine who has had this signed Mickey Mantle baseball in the family for many years. I told him I knew the best crew around who could maybe give him an idea of whether it is authentic or not prior to spending the dough on a TPA.

Souvenir baseball.  The "Mickey Mantle" is stamped/imprinted.
