I have been after a soccer ball that is signed by the Japanese women's national soccer team who won the Women's World Cup in 2011. However, the only website that sells it is "It's Already Signed 4 U". The website indicates that the autographs were verified by Spectrum of Sports. Now, I tried to google reviews on this authentication company (Spectrum of Sports) but all I got was a post from this website (under "Groups") from a poster named Brandon Mysinger who said this company is known to certify forgeries and doesn't exist anymore? I asked how he knew that (not questioning his knowledge but just want some more information on how that conclusion came about). He didn't answer. So I am hoping someone here could provide some more information on Spectrum of Sports, or if you know whether the website It's Already Signed 4 U is reputable in terms of selling authentic items.
Here's the image of the soccer ball if you want to have a look:

The problem is that if the autographs are in Japanese, how would I even get my own authentication done? I even called up PSA Card but they said they are not familiar with Japanese athletes' autographs... so, I'm coming to you guys.
