Need opinion about a David Tennant autograph from eBay

Today I received a David Tennant & Billie Piper autographed 8x10 from eBay here's the link:

You may have to scroll down since it's been purchased but what I wanted an opinion, since I'm a noob, does this seem legit? I bought it for my girl friend who is a HUGE doctor who fan but I don't want to be a chump and give her something that isn't authentic. It came with a COA but I don't know if that's faked or not. Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

Personally I don't like it. Tennant is an easy one to forge but the Piper looks very off compared to others I've seen

Wow, this sucks, would it even be worth paying to have it authenticated? If so could you recommend a reputable source for an inexpensive online authentication? The way the D in David was shaky looking was kind of suspicious to me, actually I was fairly confident the Piper was authentic after looking at some examples onlines, Ive seen two different styles of her autograph, but I trust your opinion. What a disappointment. :/

You could list it on eBay for something sill such as £1000 to stop anyone buying and ask PSA DNA for a quick opinion.

Sorry - I do not like the Billie Piper at all. I just met her in DC last month and this looks NOTHING like her signature I received that day.

I will try and post the pictures I got signed by her. I had a David Tennant already signed and she signed it for me. She was like "Wow… you already got David"
