How did that work? Were they all on a special display easy to find? 

Pretty easy to find, everything is laid out on a table.

Last years Black Friday ad came out on November 20th. The books are normally grouped together right at the front of the store. 

I'm going to have to keep an eye out around then. I've been googling it every day or two to see if anything comes up but haven't seen anything yet. I think they announce them on their socials too.

Yeah I think my store had around 2 or 3 tables full of signed books for black Friday, all in the middle main aisle, when you walked in. Really easy to find. Then maybe 2 more closer to the kids section for the kids books. They usually do different signed books each year with some decent names on a few.
