I recently won an ebay auction for Little Rascal "Butch" Tommy Bond.  He passed in 2005 but was one of the more visibile LR's and did work in Hollywood, and signed a good amount of photos, so my auction doesn't seem anywhere out of the ordinary.  I then looked online for my pic, first ebay, and didn't find any other matching pics in 26 auctions.  I then looked under photo galleries online and one had a gallery of 44 pics of Tommy, probably a third post-Rascal and the rest single and group LR pics.   None were the one I have.  My photo will come CoA and from Tommy's estate being run by an individual who says he signed off a bunch before he passed.  So, what is a collector to do in trying to obtain the value of what he might have?
