I agree with AustinCollector. This looks like classic mid-80s to mid-90s Ali. The closeup shot is too blurry to see if it's likely a copy of some sort. If you want more thorough opinions, get a better shot.
My only concern is that the M is strongly written, but the Ali is shaky. You would think the entire signature would be the same. Also, I got him in person right around that time and none of the writing was shaky. Not saying it’s bad, just what I noticed.
