It's a great image...but I don't know the signature.
For reference to UK signers, I often go to see what Mark Riddle might have sold in the past. He's had some of Kenneth More:

I just googled Kenneth More and came to the listing for this photo on eBay. The seller has a number of British FOH lobby cards signed and uninscribed like this one. I also looked at some of the other items that feature signers that I'm familiar with. I'd recommend passing on this piece based upon what I'm seeing.
