Thanks! Nice posters, but a pencil signature won’t hold up as well over time compared to a felt-tip in a book. This book is a more deluxe item anyway, and it even comes with a vinyl, which makes it extra worth it.

Pencil signature hold up fine. I have 100+ year old art prints signed in pencil. So you're clearly reaching there. The books are more common and less displayable.

But I guess you need to make your money promoting eBay auctions here-despite this not really being the place.

Thanks for your comment — I didn’t mean any offense, people can have different opinions. Pencil signatures can definitely hold up, but felt-tip won’t fade or smudge in books, even with handling. In the end, it really comes down to personal preference and what each collector values more.

Regarding the eBay point, I don’t quite see what you mean. If you look through this thread, I’ve shared links to different stores — both US and German — not just eBay, so I’m not promoting any one platform. I’m simply sharing information about this signed deluxe book, which is what this platform — and most importantly, this thread — is for.

Holy crap 30+ day auction. Goldin really milks stuff don't they lol. I'd forget I bid by then. Ive never paid attention to their site, I'm not a fan of the owner of Goldin. He just seems a bit slimy. Especially after that Logan Paul Pokémon card debacle. I'll be interested to see what the book goes for though. Hopefully someone posts it here I'll forget to look in 30 days 😂
