Paul McCartney signed guitar: real or Memorex?

Came into possession of a RED California Les Paul type guitar, apparently with Sir Paul McCartney's signature. Compared to multiple other samples, looks ok, but seems to be a question about an authentication sticker.  Found similar guitars with close tag#'s at online auction sites.  Any help???

That is just a generic authentication sticker. You can buy ones like it by the roll on Ebay.

This is a horrible forgery, probably a Vegas or Florida outfit.
