Possible Mickey Mantle Auto

I am new to the site, and trying to learn all I can from everyone. I have come across this Mickey Mantle 536 HR's baseball. I have a feeling it is a fake due to the N looking like a U but I could be wrong. Thanks for the help.

Your instincts are correct. This is a common mass-produced fake style.

If you look closely, you can also see it was slowly written and shaky a bit.  Another telltale sign of a Mantle forgery, in addition to what Steve said.

very common forgery style.  the best way to learn Mantle is to compare several PSA or JSA or SGC certed examples, and then compare these forgery styles which are out there in the hundreds.

at some point it will click, and become very obvious.
