I'm compiling a list of good eBay autograph sellers. Ones that try hard to only sell genuine autographs, and it shows. Ones that back it up when they make a mistake.
Please post links to their eBay accounts and their names. Please do not post without links.
We recently became a member of the eBay Partner Network. We may earn a small percentage of eBay's fees on eBay purchases made through links to eBay from our site—and it doesn't cost you or the seller anything extra.
All we have to do is be the last link you visit before you buy. This works whether you're buying autographs, or anything else on eBay.
These are the eBay sellers members have suggested so far to review:
Roland Brödner, german full time dealer
Mark Kirkup, british full time dealer
Randolph Thomassian, french full time dealer
Ron Dabitz, german full time dealer
For signed promos:
Warner Music Ireland (the US store also has some fantastic exclusives on occasion)
Looney Tunes CDs
John Shaw: bgfd287, doppey987, happy-go-lucky-girl
Tom Kramer's Golden Age Autographs: http://www.ebay.com/usr/silentsaregolden
Gary Brucato's Classic Entertainment Autographs: http://www.ebay.com/usr/classicentertainmentautographs
Bill Ecker's Harmonie Autographs: http://stores.ebay.com/Harmonie-Autographs
These are my favorite e Bay sellers
n8autographs, brandesautographs, darvick autographs, rachelejulian and University Archives
Very honest and helpful, even if not buying his products he will help determine whether or not its a forgery. He also works for JSA part time and he specializes in Mantle autographs.
Any opinions on this Tom Petty autograph signed "To Bud" from eBay seller dlowell3, currently on the good seller list? It's being offered for a BIN price of $125.
my gut says yes. I did tom a bunch and it always changed
I can say the inscription is in the same hand as the autograph
It's odd that it went unsold at that price. The seller has a number of cheap items, including Natalie Wood for $125 (also unsold), Johnny & June Carter Cash for $95, Fats Domino for $45, Harry Chapin for $95, Brian Jones & Bill Wyman for $185, etc.
Honestly I would nt buy the petty nor would most people. First it' personalize second it' a scrap of paper nothing appealing about unless ur a collector or trying to flip it by matting it with an album. Just my 2 cents.
Thanks, Ballroom. I removed him from the suggested list after viewing his autographs for sale.
He sold this a couple of month ago for $45.
The Petty looks good to me.
I would like to be considered for this list..18 years of selling with a 99.8% positive rating and over 25,000 positive feedbacks..
Thanks for making the herculean effort to compile that list. I really appreciate it.
Keep in mind that these are recommendations to the list. They haven't been decided yet.
