That doesn’t seem unreasonable given that BAM limited to 2 but maybe BN limiting to 1. I’d reorder 1 and see what happens. 

Anyone else order multiple from BN and still have an order pending?

Appears to be a 10 book limit.

I would call B&N Customer Service, and tell them you just had your order cancelled for no reason. I've had it happen where they say it's a "Security Issue", they confirm my address, card, etc, and then all of a sudden I'm able to purchase again without any issues.

I was replying to not having the order cancelled.  I ordered 2, checkout site errored.  Got billed for 4, but only show 2 in my order.

Books a Million is sharp... if it turns out to be an autopen they will know and act accordingly. Zero risk ordering from them.
