Hello,

I recently did a quick opinion with PSA/DNA on a higher end item. I have done a few quick opinions on this celebrity and every time I do a quick opinion on this celebrity after doing research on the signature the ones that are fake always come back likely not genuine but the ones that definitely seem real always come back "Unable to render an opinion" with a comment that says "send in for an office submission". Would this be because the item seems real but being that it is a higher end item they do not want to say likely genuine?

Thank you!

What is the item? Why not show it here? QO is not very useful. Showing it here would be.

Who is the celebrity?

Post it here - you might get valuable feedback for free.

I am not sure that "Unable to Render an Opinion" is really going to encourage people to then send it in, and pay $100, to then find out it's not authentic.  Granted, it's better than "Likely Not Genuine," but not by much. I would think that people who get the "Likely Genuine" might actually then be more motivated to pay the money to get a full cert.  Just my $0.02

They render positive opinions all the time. PSA gives you refund if they don't render an opinion, and a lot of people who get positive Quick Opinions send the autograph in for full certification, so it's in their best interest to give an opinion if they can.
