Queen lp with signature, REAL?

Hi guys,

A local seller offers a lot of 4 lp’s. One of them is a vinyl of queen signed by the 4 members. 
could this be real? 
my brother is a Huge fan so it could be a Great present, but is it the real stuff? 

thanks for tour opinions!
