If you are in the US and don't have a vpn to use just try this:

Go to the link which for me just redirected me to their main page. Then change the currency from US dollars to Pounds. Then go to the link again. I then saw it and can add to cart. Shipping is $9.

Did you manage to ship to US?

I'm in the EU, when I try to order it gives me a shipping rate of €12 however my cart gets cleared when I try to pay.

Just change the currency to pounds and it will go to the cart. But then you need a UK address (forwarder?)

Yea I wasn't able to cash out US even with GBP as currency.
