IIRC he is or was an IP collector who sold much of his material some time ago at RR. I only recall him from a Bowie signed pick plate (Telecaster?) that was extremely rushed.
He has been mentioned here previously and everything I’ve read has been positive. Here’s one of those discussions:

Indeed.
Former big in person collector . Solid rep
Mike is a highly respected in-person collector, primarily of entertainment and music. He often gets multiples at a time of people that other IP collectors were happy to get one of. He gets into events with celebs around, and he's well-known and liked—or at least tolerated!
But he's the quintessential "rack 'em up" IP collector. He'll go up to a celeb with a stack of signed photos, start chatting with them, ask them to sign, and the instant they finish signing that one, he slides it off and to the bottom of the stack, and they often sign the next and many or all of the other ones.
A lot of his autographs look rushed—because they are! And may have ink slide.
I've seen a few, not many, that didn't look real to me. But I never heard anyone else say that.
