Stan Lee was a tremendous talent whose contributions to pop culture cannot be overstated.

While he lived a long and full life of success, it's tremendously sad. Maybe because he amounted to so much more than a "man." He was a cornerstone of my childhood who had as much influence on me as anyone outside of my family.
