Maria, you might want to post a closer photo of the signature itself - a scan if possible.  Unless it's a noticably bad forgery, people who know Reagan's autograph may have trouble rendering an opinion from that distance/ angle.

the signature looks correct, but it is probably an autopen

Need a larger image to be certain, but looks like an Autopen.
