The photos aren't sharp, which is a warning sign right there. I'd avoid this unless a strong authenticator saw it in person. The ball looks refinished. The autographs look printed. I wouldn't be surprised if it was an old ball with low-value names on it that were removed and printed versions of Ruth and Gehrig added.

I agree with Steve.  This is definitely not authentic, and the signatures do seem to have been artificially applied.

My thoughts, for the age of the ball the signatures are to crisp and clean. Thanks again. 

I'm late to the party, but I agree with all observations made thus far and 1 more that I can add. I've seen these two signatures before. Verbatim. I don't even need to search for them, I remember them well. These two signatures have been "repatriated"/copied and transferred from two other sources.

The ball looks like it was chemically cleaned prior to their addition.

doesn’t look right to me. The baseball is correct to time period

It feels like one of those reproductions you see on Etsy.
