There are two openings, one holds the CD the other the booklet.

Nice! I did not get a pick in my CD. Someone else mentioned in this thread he also did not receive the pick from Amazon. I don't know if it's a mistake or if they are a random bonus. They weren't mentioned in the item description. I hope I get a black one from Newbury with my vinyl.

I got one from Newbury as well and mine had a pick but it was a black pick opposed to a red one like others have shown with theirs.

The color of the inner sleeve changes too, as well as the pick. Amazon has a red pick in red sleeve. From what I've seen from Newbury they have black. There's also a blue one on ebay, I don't know where that's from.
