Pricey. Description says it's signed by multiple artists, only mentioning Billy Corgan (frontman of Smashing Pumpkins) by name.

I never really thought of it like that, but can't say I blame you. I've always just looked at it from a music perspective. I'm not a fan of Billy as a person, but he's made some amazing music so I'm a fan of that.

Me too. He personally insulted me when I asked for his autograph saying "Hey Grandpa aren't you a little old for this"? I pointed out I have hair, and am several years younger than he etc. He didn't seem to like that. But, I love his music. I don't have to live with him. It's not my fault you can totally fool his security by walking in a small circle and just returning. Starla with Eric on the cello is miraculous.

Haha, kinda ironic for him to say that. Especially since most his fans are probably close to middle aged by now, and hes getting up there. Pretty much every story I've heard or read about him he sounds like an insufferable a-hole... and although I don't watch many of his interviews anymore he seems to have only gotten worse as he's gotten older. But his music was the soundtrack to my life for many years so I gotta give him credit where it's due. He's an incredible musician, I just wish he'd realize his fans are the ones who helped get him what he has. He seems to be obsessed that someone might make some money off his autograph, and they're all just going to eBay. Obviously can't stop that (other than refusing to sign like he does) but there are plenty of fans that he's insulted as well, not just autograph sellers. But he don't seem to care.

I’ve met him 3 times, (my profile pic is one of those times) and he’s only ever been the kindest human beings I’ve ever met. The only issue any of the other fans have had with him is that he would not sign anything while on tour. No chance. And I never asked him. He also hates selfies because he doesn’t like getting close to people because he’s “germaphobic”. But as far as conversation we probably talked for 20 minutes at the most, 10 minutes at the least.

I was curious about that, if it was just the asking for autographs part that pissed him off or if he was generally rude. I guess now that I think about it probably all the fan interactions I've read about were from autograph seekers so that's probably why I felt he had that reputation. I've heard quite a few stories of him not just turning down autograph seekers but also being really rude. But I guess it would get old being hounded to sign stuff all the time. Good to hear he's not a complete a-hole all the time. That answered my question.

When I met him that was like 1998 at Radio City for Mother Hale's House or something.  I haven't seen him since...1998? Whatever came first, the above or Perfect on the Letterman Show on 53rd Street or wherever. That turned into a great abbreviated concert of Adore I belive. It;s a long time ago.

Every time I met him it was in Tulsa. Maybe he just likes the smaller cities. I know he loves all the antique shopping available in Tulsa. He always ends up with boxes of stuff in whatever vehicle he’s riding in. And he loves Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa. And he always visits the Woody Guthrie Museum while in town. I know Jack White bought a house in Tulsa as well. It’s a very laid back city, where the people don’t really bother them a whole lot.

Recommended fully!

Awesome, thanks, I appreciate it! I might have to take you up on that offer one of these days. They're one I've been wanting to add to my collection forever but keep putting it off since they aren't exactly cheap. I'll have to keep my eye out for something.

Ha! Of course I was just messing with you Eric. It’s a wonderful autograph that I fondly remember every time i see it. I’m just a little surprised you haven’t sold it for a profit by now.

Ha! LOL :-)

Noo, I only sell for upgrades if that. I love this peice! But out of curiosity what would it be worth? I've no idea. Since I know I'm keeping it I have not tracked him much.
