This person sold it on Ebay for $110 and claimed it was "signed in person at the PNC Bank Arts Center here in NJ". I thought it was b.s. Thanks for your input. The listing was from someone called musicmayhem2016. Just so you know. He has more!

unless he was backstage theres no way to get the artist to get stuff signed at pnc  unless he chased his car from the parkway to the stage entrance wich is very unlikly

bruce was just at pnc for a show but not  on off his

do not despair! Springsteen was among the last musicians to be somewhat careless with his lyrics (as were the Beatles, Dylan, other 60s acts) so you will find some real lyrics if you want !

Anyone who is selling Springsteen and Clapton albums for $110 is selling fakes enough said. These are just weak attempts to copy from authentic albums that are authenticated by reputable third party authenticators. If you do want an authentic Springsteen born to run album Lee Hunter from wallsofsound2 has one on eBay authenticated by epperson but it's a bit pricy.
