They appear good from the scan - is it worth that much?

I'm not aware of them, but that doesn't mean they weren't produced. Ask the seller for large crisp images if you're considering it. These are blurry and not big enough to authenticate from.

I'm trying to fill and empty spot in my collection, anybody here have an original 7 member cast signed photo for sale? So many questionable ones on eBay.

I see Ken Goldin's name on that COA.  Unless I am mistaken back in the 90's I used to see his name on COA's for comic books everywhere.  And I believe back then when you seen his name it meant the item was authentic.
