Hello Everyone , I am extremely disgusted with talk shop live . There customer service is the worst of the worst . I had placed a order with them ,which was never received . I contacted them and they were unable to find the order in there system ,yet I was charged the amount on my cc . I ended up filing a dispute and they responded to the credit card company and said they would credit the amount back to me . So over 3 months ago . Today I am contacted by my CC Company informing me Talk Shop live DID Not credit the amount ,they said they would and I have to reopen the dispute ,even though talk shop live accepted responsibility and put that in writing with the original dispute . This company is not good as I have read other posts in regards to there shady practices

TSL gets its share of criticism so I thought it only right that I share my latest experience.
I recently ordered the Kacey Musgraves signed CD. Just a short time ago I received an email advising me that they have run out of signed CDs, so they are refunding my money and sending me an unsigned CD free of charge.
Couldn't ask for more than that. 😀

Yes you can. I got the same email on Musgraves. They said the would not refund the $ until the free unsigned CD shipped out in a couple of weeks. Why is that??? Why would you not issue it immediately???
The last time I didn't get a CD from them that was lost in the mail (it had a tracking number that just stopped midway here in the process and was lost) it took me months to finally get them to issue a refund. They did send me an email claiming to give me one but never credited my card. Partially my own fault because I didn't keep up on my end but getting the email I didn't think I needed to double check. I didn't save the email so I had nothing to back me up with my cc to get the actual refund.
yeah I've been one of the critical ones on here but after Steve's recent comments I decided to give it another go and of course, disappointed once again. I'm glad it's worked out for a lot of you but for me whether it's damaged, fake, or now canceled due to overselling it always seems to be something. TSL gets some of the best stuff so hopefully they figure it out sooner or later.

Appreciate it but I'm out again until things improve significantly. what I can't understand is that for the entire first year or more, even when I heard others complaining I just figured it was a new company working out the kinks but I personally had zero problems, and now for the last year it's been nothing but problems. seems like by now it should be getting better instead of worse but I've just seen the amount of people with problems growing. this would probably be my favorite company to buy from if I didn't have an issue with every other order but that's how it's been.
I had a identical thing happen with them and it took several months of back and forth and finally . My cc company gave me a permanent credit with them . They told the cc company they would issue me a credit after 8 weeks I received notice from my cc company they would give me the credit as talkshop failed to due so or answer me or them . poor communication and yes it seems they hate giving you any money back even when they are wrong . Steve seems like a cordial guy in these threads . Fair is fair . No response now to the issues with the Judas Priest 4 signature insert signed by 4 . anybody else get anything from them yet in regards to this ? supposedly 20 percent refunded and you keep or full refund upon return Thanks
I messaged them twice about the priest insert with only 4 signatures and got no response at all
They do not seem to be responding to me either , Lets Wait and see and keep everyone posted
