Absolutely not genuine, IMO. Authentic signed Abbey Roads are heavily faked but are actually incredibly rare - three, maybe, in existence. And you should pretty much be able to trace them to being obtained by the Apple Scruffs who waited for weeks on end outside Apple HQ in London, 1969.
