I don't know if you'll be able to get one at that level so easily.  Might have to bump it up, at least a bit.  Have you looked through bookseller listings on  ABE.com  and/or  Biblio.com  under his name with the "signed" filter on?

I have not done any searching yet. Thank you for the leads!!

You're welcome!

I enjoy wading through both sites from time to time.  I've found some real treasures from both over the years.  Most of the folks who list there are not only dealers but "book people" themselves and are usually gracious in their willingness to assist collectors.

I would be amazed if you can pick one up for 300 - a genuine one. Plenty of both clever and not-so-clever fakes around. I would advise someone buying him for the first time to choose a signed limited edition (Cemetery Dance, Gauntlet etc) but these are not cheap - north of 750 usually.

Thank you!

Seems like his price has gone up considerably. When Under The Dome and 11/22/63 came out, King did some big signings at Walmart and other retailers. You could get those books signed for around $100 soon after on the secondary market. You could get older signed and personalized books for around $250. Of course, first editions and most popular books would always be premium pricing.
