Why does that always happen? A Cheap Option in the US - $13.99 for a Signed CD and the cheapest signed option in the UK is £28 / $38 where you have to buy a Vinyl LP and CD to get a Signed Card....

I can't say why, but for me the order has been accepted (from Germany), all values in dollars.
I used paypal as express payment and got a confirmation from the store. I'm now hoping it won't be cancelled. It's worth a try at least. Shipping was at $6.26

Interesting that the US store says that the art card is signed by Brandon, but the UK store makes no mention of who the card is signed by. Probably will be just BF but maybe Ronnie too?

Quick note: every Brandon Flowers autograph I have, even one I got in person, has always been a "BF."

So if you're the kind of person who says that's initials and not an autograph and leaves 50 posts talking about your credit card dispute, I'd say don't order.

Thank you. For $20 I will give it a shot, even though I have had a bad track record with Universal Music. At this price I think I can recoup in the future if UMG pulls one of their scams.
