The stones richards and watts signed - need help

hey guys I was looking for some help on this stones album signed by both Richards and watts of the rolling stones it looked good to me but wanted to make sure apparently it was raining when keith signed thus the smuging

 

any help is appericated thanks

Im not an expert by any means, but that Richards is a mess and I would not touch it. Only my opinion.
