This was gotten in the mail - sorry not sure when.  I have read that Gene Wilder might have used a secretary for a while.  What are your thoughts on this one??

thanks

I don't think this looks good at all...I have never seen him sign his last name looking like that.

I think the recent ttms are fake, as well.

He had been a non-signing ttm for years and once his CT address became public, all of a sudden he's signing for everyone. The autographs look like a good try for his autograph but so many of his have been pure cursive of his name while the ttms are more of a cursive/print variation.

I was curious about this as well. I have read about ttm successes for quite a while now and have had my doubts.

thanks for the input!!

i think that's a good signature and the recent ttm's are legit. if you look at gene's signature from his last signing you will see that it matches his ttm signatures

now the last 6 months or so he stopped signing and started using a stamp, but here is a comparison between his last signing signature to his latest ttm

It's true he has been signing through the mail from his CT address and recent posts on Startiger indicate that people here lately have been getting stamped autographs back through the mail for the last several months. The above looks good to me I got him through the mail about nine months ago. Who know if he'll go back to signing again he's 80 years old. Good Luck!

This is absolutely correct, Cory. I'm glad you've cleared that up and provided proof as well. When I got my TTM back from him I posted it here and someone very familiar with his signature said mine were good as well. He does currently use a stamp and no one knows if he will ever sign TTM again.

Here are my examples

Thanks everyone!

MArk
