Yes, mine that was signed (picture earlier in this thread) had the circular sticker and was signed.
Yeah, I’m not sure how the process works but I’m thinking that if it got the circular sticker, art card is inside.
I really wanted this one so I went ahead and ordered again while they were showing in stock the other day. I figured (correctly) that it may be a while before I get a response on the first order.
I’m probably digging myself into a deeper mess lol but I’ll at least get my money back if I don’t end up with the signed ones. I see they’re “out of stock” again now in her store.
I got a response from her store asking me to send a photo and also check inside the cds for the cards. Responded with photo and confirmed I checked but no cards…we’ll see.
Got a further response from her store:
“Thank you for your message.
We are sorry to hear your order arrived unsigned.
We are working with the label to get more signed and will be back in touch once we have an update.
If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.”
I have gotten the same responses so far. It's kind of annoying that they are aware this happened and making us all have multiple email exchanges without ever offering a definite solution.
Their customer service is a joke, they are very slow in responding, it took them 11 days to reply to my email and it doesn't even solve the problem.

Of course I confirmed there isn't signed artcard inside, it was 5 days ago, no reply yet....
After a 3 week gap with no response they offered me a £5 part refund which im assuming will arrive sometime in 2022
Weird that they told you 'out of stock.' I got an email this morning stating they are working with the label to get more signed booklets.
I finally received my order from Centre stage after postage delays and was pleasantly surprised that I received a signed card, sealed inside the CD cover.
They finally replied to my second email, i'm getting a refund too

I managed to place my order in the second half of November when the signed CDs were made available for the second time, but I was not sure if they would have the stocks to ship. I have just received the shipping notification yesterday, so I will see if it comes signed or not, mmm.
