Ding ding ding Barry. Every one of the examples posted make me uncomfortable with the exception being the ugly gold ball. Just my opinion but I'd be wary.
The Michael Jordan market is COLLAPSING. I paid $1200 about 13 years ago for one of those gold basketballs, and now you can get one for under $600!! There is just way too much MJ stuff out there. At least with many celebrities, like musicians, you never really know how much is out there because they don't do documented signings. MJ signs and signs and signs for UDA constantly. In 10 years, you'll probably be able to get a signed basketball for $200 UDA. And all these sellers on eBay are going to be left holding the bag. Their stuff on eBay will just sit for years unless they drastically drop prices and face reality. Wilt Chamberlain, the REAL GREATEST of all-time, is a much wiser investment.
Lol if you think they aren't authentic you don't know MJs auto
I'm fine with you overpaying though lol
Ali signed everything. Just you can tell in the late 90's how bad his auto was getting but heck even early 90's it was starting to get shaky!
I think for the true value on Ali you need a AKA or Cassius signature that's what is worth the most.
Most definitely! Wasn't his wife pretty much signing autos for him? Ie using hers and his hand to sign items? I could be mistaken but thought that's what I heard when he got really bad and now doesn't sign anything!

I saw Ali in exhibition in '72; he said (and did) sign an autograph for anyone, so long as they bought the $1.25 Muhammad Speaks newspaper, then he would sign that; only.  So I got mine; stood at the corner of the ring (he was in the ring, hands still taped and he was draped).  He was talking to others in the ring as he was signing… and not looking up.  So after I got my first…. I just turned away, refolded that paper and tried again.  Yep.  Another one.  So; what the hell, I'll see how many i can get.  Turned away; refolded and tried again.  But at this one, as he was signing, he looked me in the eye and said:  this is the last one.   Ha Ha…. busted.  So next day a school I pulled off a page; sold that autograph for $5 and got my money back for having to buy that stupid newspaper….
Also; he did not sign it with the full name:  just M Ali .. (three times though .. :)

Nice story.

Don't forget Harper Lee. Would be thousands on an early edition of to Kill a Mockingbird.

Buzz is pretty common but Mike Collins and some of the other moon walkers are going up in price. David Gilmour also.

Right now John Young and Harrison Schmitt are approaching $800+ and both eclipse Aldrin and Collins.

I live in ABQ where Schmitt lives but cannot get him to return any mail. I would love to meet him.
