I have been doing some extensive online reading tonight regarding this company.  To put it frankly: I feel ill.  Over the past couple years i have purchase about 10 autographed record albums (total dollar value - $450 - $500) from them without ever contemplating the possibility of a fake (my fault completely!!).  Some of them I still figure to be real because of the overall insignificance of the artists and the low dollar value.
However, I purchased an autographed album of Stevie Ray Vaughan for roughly $100 on a 75% off sale (again I feel like an imbecile!).  I know that is quite inexpensive (and naive on my part) but I felt I was buying the real deal.
Just tonight I came across a pile of damning accusations toward these guys (autographsamerica.com) and, like I said, now I feel that at least half of the purchases I have made may be fake.  For the money value I may as well chalk it up as a life lesson but what can I do to ensure what I do have is authentic without it costing me an arm and a leg?  I am just a music fan who wants a few nice pieces of memorabilia for my listening room...now I feel like a dupe.

The artists autographs that are in question are as follows:

Stevie Ray Vaughan
ZZ Top
Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin)
Judas Priest
Def Leppard
Rory Gallagher
Journey

Any information or advice would definitely be well received and greatly welcomed...thanks in advance!

I can post photos of the aforementioned records if that may help with the situation.

I think it's time to take down this scumbag.... Too many people have been ripped off by this ass and he continues to defy the law?  How?  Can we all get together and pool our resources againts such vagrants as Burkel?

Cant beleive this guy is still doing business. He claims he has a warehouse that is open to the public, cant seem to find the place so I can have someone check this place out and turn this knucle head in. I'm so livid about getting scammed. I hope the authorities get to him so he does not scam folks anymore. My understanding is that he ships out of a suburb in Seattle. Im waiting for the AG to get him.

BURKEL IS BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER

if one googles 'bob dylan autograph' you will end up with 15 different google product listing ads all from burkel's web site. (https://a-authentication.com/)

if one googles 'grateful dead autograph' you will end up with 15 different google product listing ads all from burkel's web site. (https://a-authentication.com/)...so one can google practically any popular artist autograph and receive only results of burkel's listings...........try it, steve

here is jimi hendrix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

steve==i am under the impression that american royal arts is out of business......in any case burkel is ripping off literally thousands of autograph buyers per year---way more than royal arts ever did.....

according to a member of this site who worked for his company, burkel is spending over $10,000.00 per week on paid google clicks ( PLA,,,,,,,product listing ads) so he must be profiting with hundreds of forgeries sold per month............yet i do not see his site mentioned more than other fraud sites on your site

BURKEL IS A MENACE TO ALL INVOLVED WITH AUROGRAPHS

are you afraid of a law suit from burkel?.......what is the reason that burkel's site is not featured on your home page??

thanks for all the hare work setting up this site to protect the naive.

Please post photos. The more we do this, the more we can find the same "r"s in other "autographs. That is why this is such a valuable site. That makes them more vulnerable to being blatantly caught and eliminating their garbage from circulation

Last night I purchased a guitar autographed by the Rolling Stones at a charity auction. When I received the item, it was in a box from Autographs America. I informed the charity this morning as they had several other signed music items at the auction, which I have to assume were from there crooks also. At least I will get a tax deduction for my purchase.

What disgusts me most about these clowns is that they scammed a charity. How many other charities have been scammed, we will never know.
