Who authenticates nirvana for psa/dna?

There have been a lot of discussions about nirvana autographs on this forum for the last few weeks.Roger epperson the top music expert has never done them and never will because they are so hard to tell if they are real.My question is if roger wont do them who is passing them on psa and how can they be sure they are real if the top expert cant tell for sure.

Well Roger works for JSA so PSA wouldn't use him either way but since there music expert won't touch nirvana I can only Assume it is Spence himself making the call for JSA and Joe at psa
