These may not be the best but here are my five favorite drummers.
John Bonham, Ringo Starr, Mick Fleetwood, Ginger Baker, Phil Collins.

I would definitely put Mitch Mitchell in the top five along with Keith Moon and Ringo. Not sure about the other two.

Mitch is great as well. The first live concert I attended was Iron Butterfly. Their drummer, Ron Bushy, was amazing. He'll never make many "best" drummer list although his solo during "In a Gadda da Vida" was worth the ticket to the show.

Ringo Starr, I'm sorry but he is no way in the same league as Ginger Baker and John Bonham.

and the list goes on and on
Not in this order except Buddy Rich is most definitely #1 reigning champion. No one has ever surpassed his skills to this day
