Frank is aware of these crooks -- not sure what action he will take (yet). 

Ballroom do you think they are tracing authentic autographs onto their own paper and selling them as originals?

I'm not sure. The Beatles set looks like it probably was traced, but the Morrison and this Hendrix look like they might be exact copies. What do you think?

There is authentic stuff presented on the website. For example a signed With the Beatles (https://www.beatlesautographs-store.com/collections/the-beatles-ban...)... currently for sale on fab4collectibles!

And in the description of the item on the site of FREDRICK Caiazzo, it is indicated that a LOA from FRANCK Caiazzo is included... LOL

The price is at 55,000$ while the original listing on fab4collectibles is at 50,000$... The guy may also try to sell real autographs, not currently owned by him but available elsewhere, so that to take a mark-up.

Hopefully Frank Caiazzo aggressively pursues this. In my opinion, it is a clear case of intentional confusion and trademark violation with the potential for significant civil liability.

They are using his name and reputation, a knock-off of his site, a close imitation of his signature and more.

There may even be criminal liability for deceptive trade practices and fraud.
