I understand , I know they are only opinions . I dont live and die by jsa or psa. But I did my homework on the Woods autograph myself. I just thought you would have handled the situation a little bit better and helped me out. The only help you gave me (or whoever emailed me back ) was that jsa and psa are wrong and that I should go to autographalert and read all the horror stories.

I have all the emails from you guys saved. I dont think they where from you . There was a girls name at the end. It said she would talk to you and get back to me about the refund . But I never heard anything back except what I wrote already about psa and jsa not being accepted. I emailed your contact email from your website. I just want to be assured 100% that the item I bought is real . As of right now I have my doubts, but if you can get me in writing that Tigers agent says its real, than thats good enough for me and I will apologies a million times over. Im not a bad guy at all . I just feel like you are not living up to your end of your guarantee.

Jsa told me who looked at it. They are good with communication. Psa wouldnt tell me though . Its not fa;lse ebay will take down high profile people like John Lennon , Tiger woods, Paul mccarntey , Derek jeter without third party authenticaiton and it has to be an approved one. I sell other people no problem with out third party authentication , but I dont think a Tiger woods would fly with ebay without Jsa, Psa or Uda.

Oh and by the way, if you think JSA and PSA don't make any mistakes you are sadly mistaken. Me and my son have had several Baseball items and Tampa Bay bucs items signed in person when the bucs used to have training camp at Disney. Had a football that was signed in person at Celebration Hotel in celebration " Where I live" by a few bucs and it came back as not authentic by PSA.

If you read all my post I agree that PSa and Jsa make mistakes. But for the most part they are pretty on point.

Well good luck ab, this used to be a fun hobby! I have been collecting sense I was a kid. I have thousands of items. Now, I just don't care to collect as much anymore. Its really frustrating!! I know where you are coming from believe me. I like the site though, Steve did a good job putting this together.

It is no fun collecting if the odds are stacked against you in authentication of a SIGNED item. GO for documents, letters or other signed items that have a reason behind it, not verbage from a guy who said he saw him sign it. This is why I prefer documents or letters (not clips or sigs).

I sent 6 items to PSA/DNA and 2 came back no good! "Items I had signed in person" Thats only 66.67%!!!!!
