Dan replied to Angus Ramaciotti's discussion Early 'Judy Garland' (1939-1940) Opinions
"Eric's knowledge of Judy Is superior to mine. However, 'Garland' looks fine and authentic. As he mentioned It curves upwards towards the end. I also completely agree this Is because she was running out of room to write. Not too sure…"

"Now that you mentioned that, Paulette Is all I see. I am still not crazy for the one at Brandes considering It's listed for almost 600US, I might just hold out and see If something vintage comes up for auction. Thanks for the input"

I'd enjoy hearing anyone's feedback on these two signed SP listings. The first is on Markus Brandes's website, an oversized 10.5 x 13.5-inch matte finished, signed In blue ballpoint pen. It does have some serious creases in upper left and right corners. The second, It seems like an original publicity photograph, 10 3/4 x 13 3/4, signed and Inscribed In black ink from HFS. This one looks like It was done In her hay day, there are basically no differences In price.the third option would be just to…See More

"Yes, my first sentence - "FOR ME..." Is there an upside to a possible copy print signed boldly by Joan Fontain with blast contrast and an rather meek Olivier accomplished with 2 different pens? I'd love to hear it."
