Is anyone aware that the new ownership of Steiner Sports has created a situation on their website that if an old serial hologram number is entered, the number is noted as invalid?  There is no way of proving the item is actually an authentic Steiner product. It took hours of phone calls and harassing them to get a manager on the phone. I have sent them photos of items purchased from Steiner Sports in the past.  They stated they would look into the matter and get back to me.  It's been months…
